Yesterday we had the security gate fixed on the apartment where Jose (Mindchamber) stays for three days a week older women (he takes the train down from Brooklyn). The apartment has a sliding glass door to the outside that is protected by a steal older women security gate (apparently the back of the building has been a target for vandals in the past). Our problem was, the security gate was broken and didn't open... Problem solved. Now that we can get some fresh air in older women the apartment, we need to strip the peeling wallpaper and repaint the walls to make it all pretty.
