I first saw it a year ago, because I was a River Phoenix fan (and, as a Trekkie, I obviously knew and enjoyed Wil Wheaton). I wasn't expecting any great masterpiece, but it certainly turned out to be one. The acting is superb, but what I love most is the dialogue. It's very witty, very clever, and absolutely fantastic! |

Anderson (Alpharetta, GA USA) - See all my reviews I purchased the Special Edition of this movie recently and couldn't believe that the audio was monophonic. I was thus pleasantly surprised to see that in this edition of the DVD they restored the original multi-channel soundtrack. Even the casual listener will notice the difference immediately. To my knowledge the movie itself is the same as on the Special Edition (no added or cut scenes) so I won't waste your time commenting on that. |
