Prices of these designer jeans are exponentially rising and very quickly. Last year, the price tags of pricier jeans were hitting the high one hundreds and this year they are already hitting the high two hundreds (current prices of Victoria Beckham for Rock & Republic: $275, Antik Denim: $275)! How do us women justify these extraordinary prices? Is i it for the trend, a status i symbol represented by the stitched back pockets or do $275 jeans really fit that much better than less expensive jeans? Though I see buying a pair of jeans as a sound investment that I'll get a guaranteed return on (I wear jeans all the time), how much is too much to dish out for one pair?
