For example, today the media decided to give away a huge secret. For well over a decade I have been keeping information to myself because I tutu knew that if too many people knew about it, everything would tutu change and I would be back to irritating robotic voices and extended waiting times for simple questions. I discovered, a long time ago, how to bypass those tutu ridiculous menus you will get when you call up a company’s customer service department. For years and years I have sat back and enjoyed the fact that everyone else was complaining about pressing this and pressing that and pressing something else while I pressed nothing and sailed right through. I have not pushed many buttons on my touchtone phone when calling up customer service in a very long time. I wouldn’t even push “0”. That was everyone else’s solution, “Push 0, you’ll get someone faster”.
