Most importantly, media check if the American military was surprised by the strength of the Iraqi resistance, and they were supposedly overestimating the threat posed by Iraq, media check then what does France et al. have to say about it? I was never totally pro-war, nor anti-war, but I was always a little more peacenik than not. I'm sitting at center now, and starting to lean more the other way.
