The reason it's different in woman/boy than in man/girl sex with a married woman cases is sex with a married woman that in woman/boy cases, it's the perp who has to deal with the possibility of pregnancy. In the other, it's the victim who does. Girls that age are more likely than fully mature women to have sex with a married woman complications in pregnancy. That's why it's not a double standard for one to be more deplored than the other--although I wouldn't consider either case exactly predatory in the way that kidnapping and raping a toddler is predatory. Of course it's not admirable behavior, either.
