I did not react very nicely and I am not sure what to do now. Should I speak to his parents? Do I forbid them to see each other? Do I put her on birthcontrol (though I don't want to condone it)? My husband is her step father and has said in the past that I was letting her date too early. I haven't spoken to him yet because he'll just say I told you so. It was also unprotected with a 16 yr old boy. After I calmed down, I picked up that boy from his house and took him and my daughter to buy a pregnancy test. I lectured them all the way to the store, and thank God the results were negative. The next day after discussing it with my husband, I took her to the doctors to get a 3-month birth contol shot which she has been getting ever since (she's almost 16 now) After the test, I took the boy back home and confronted his mother with the news.
