No cd women, 100 pounds can defeat a male competently trained cd in martial arts sorry, but you’re just wrong. it’s not about size or weight or even gender, it’s about training and skill. men don’t rely on training and skill, they rely on strength, and therefore tend to get demolished by women of comparable training levels in martial arts contests. These womens self defence classes are a joke well, i agree cd with you on that much. most self defense classes for women are a joke, but not because they’re intended for women or because a gun is better than open hand combat – because they’re not comprehensive and they’re designed more to boost self confidence than they are to improve or teach self defense skills. of course confidence is one of the most important elements of self defense so they aren’t a complete waste.
