If he wasn't fired he certainly mugun should have been. It isn't bad enough that you had to deal with the automated crap forever but then to have that mugun self absorbed mugun jerk off to deal with. Someone should have told him when he was hired that his job was "customer service" which requires curteous and professional conduct. Not much peeves me more than creeps like this. What makes it even more nauseating is the knowledge that your payment helps pay his "unearned" salary. Hang in there honey, you did great.
