He was a self-important, obnoxious so and so on a personal power trip. I meet up with those types in government positions as well (of course there are more of confidential those in government positions here in Illinois). If he does remain in customer service his manager needs to send him to classes - from the confidential sounds of it...many classes. Get better soon and hope gigglemom gets better soon.
