I would not have been calm in the slightest (and have gone ballastic on adult nurses adult and doctors in the case of my father) and adult commend you on your ability to control yourself. My mother is one, and there's a nursing shortage where she is, so I hear a lot of stories about what happens as a result. She can't do everything, and neither can the other nurses. The reason there is a shortage is because the hospital feels there is a bottom line they have to make and it can't afford to hire more.
