Earlier Mimi said she didn't trust celebrity gossip the diary either. I don't know dataguy but judging from the other topics in his diary here he seems to celebrity gossip be a sincere person. His politics are different from mine and I think he got carried away with Lakoffism in this topic but I see no reason to doubt him. What does seem odd to me is the somewhat paranoid idea that dataguy set up the topic for devious motives. Perhaps Karl Rove is behind him. Personally I wish the anti-war folks would calm down some and consider that it is possible that people expressing different opinions might be sincere and well-intentioned fellow citizens and discussions like these are part of how we work things out in America. |
