Becoming tiger might be fine for people in tai chi, or yoga, but not combat tai chi is a combat art – although most americans don’t understand that. also, yoga is the basis of every martial art that was ever created by human beings. Gungfu is hogwash that is for sure. I have seen these demonstrations, that might work fine for people with no skill. |
