Have you ever watched Mixed Martial Arets competitions, there is no women for a reason. The best snipers, and best shooters in the style world men. No women, 100 pounds can defeat a male competently trained in martial arts. If you watch mixed martial arts contests like like UFC or PRIDE you will realize that even 20 pounds is a huge disadvantage, If Two people of equal skill are fighting the fighter with even 10 pound difference will decidedly win the fight.
