I would not waste time complaining to the rehab staff because chances are it will get you nowhere. Sorry, but that's just been my experience. Unfortunately, everyone is right, you will have to raise holy hell or the attitude andrevan won't change one bit. They will continue to treat her this way. Most places like that have a patient advocate or omesbudsman office. Complain to them immediately. In person. Don't let them put andrevan you off with "someone isn't here, or they are in a meeting". Simply state that if they aren't available then you will be happy to make your next visit to the state. That will get their attention and cooperation. It is so unfortunate that people have to resort to that in order to get some help.
