Be glad she had a phone! The one my mom was in didn't have phones unless the resident wave sound files had one put in. I left my mom her cell phone and wave sound files more than once she had to call the front desk to tell them her light had been on for two hours and no one showed. Ya know...I think only about 2 out of 10 people that work at those places really CARE about what they are doing...for the other 8 ...it's just a damn job that they wish they didn't have to do. My Mom and her roommate had a guy wheel into their room once, but he didn't speak english and they just told him to go away and he did. I am SO SORRY that lady hit GM.
