He wont be there much longer at all. How ignorant of him. We are told to try to get the whole payment for any amount........but if the customer doesnt want to pay it all we take what they give. |

However, I usually can't talk to anyone because, as the customer service people say, "your name isn't on the account." Vivianne--I agree with Hillary.
