YEA! I've had the same thing happen, of course the situation is different, not downplaying your, GM situation,God Bless and keep her safe, but I've been treated inhumane also,and than on the same token run into someone who has compassion, and treats people awesome, what a world we live in, give bbs some of us bbs good people the jobs these morons have. All you have to usually do is say let me talk to your manager, You bbs mention this to what's his face GOOD JOB. Also when I did not get my minutes on my Trac Fone on line and called direct, guy said I needed to buy a new phone, I said this works f------fine,let me talk to your manager, my minutes appeared like that, after,spending 20 mintues with the "you got to get a new phone guy,and going through punching my key pad until my fingers were sore,WHEW!
