When some enemy is coming at you, you don’t “become the tiger” you shoot him in the face or you engage in panamanian hand to hand combat during war it’s a mindset. it’s not something you turn on and off, panamanian it’s something you awaken inside yourself. in this example, the person in question would have “become the tiger” before he got to the battlefield. Becoming tiger might be fine for people in tai chi, or yoga, but not combat tai chi is a combat art – although most americans panamanian don’t understand that. also, yoga is the basis of every martial art that was ever created by human beings. Gungfu is hogwash that is for sure. I have seen these demonstrations, that might work fine for people with no skill.
