My wife is in the hospital about once a year, so melbourne I have dealt with a few.I am not melbourne saying be rude, but let them know if they don't perform their jobs that you will go to the next person in the chain of command until everything is going right. Waiting 3 hours for pain meds is rediculous. You definitely need to call the big boss and nicely complain. Second, if the nurse who had the RX keys was on that long of break she needs to get her ass handed to her. It is a violation I believe for to even leave with the RX keys and not have the next person responsible there to deal with. Major infraction, and I bet if you let someone know you will see some changes. |
