The physical rehab people come to your house and work with your mom. You cd can take care of the cd pain meds. I am a nurse who herself has called state about complaints and found they are fast acting. When you report neglect and abuse esp. They come out that day or the next. I cd would not waste time complaining to the rehab staff because chances are it will get you nowhere. Sorry, but that's just been my experience. Most places like that have a patient advocate or omesbudsman office. Complain to them immediately. In person. Don't let them put you off with "someone isn't here, or they are in a meeting".
